Sacramento Splash is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping local children understand and value their natural world through science education and outdoor exploration. 

Strata was retained to research, analyze and document functional requirements for customer relationship management (CRM) and donor management systems that meet the needs of Splash.  Strata worked with Splash to identify current needs and functionality, validate processes and identify a full set of functional capabilities. 

We then made recommendations for the minimum functional requirements to launch a new management system. The final deliverable was a full functional requirements document, a minimum functional requirements document, a system review and recommendation document with pros and cons as well as why the particular recommendation was made.
